  • Managed a number of developers with weekly check-ins and 1-2-1 sessions

Notable Achievements

  • I introduced better tooling, a more managed approach to re-use of code, and better workflows to improve developer efficiency.
  • I reworked CI/CD pipelines using Docker for the studio to improve throughput of automated testing and deployments.
  • I took initiative to explore additions and improvements as well as redundancies to the developer pipeline, partly by spearheading discussions during internal tech meetings to gather the likes and dislikes of devs on the team.
  • I lead the development or helped on projects from clients such as Nickelodeon, H&M, Nascar, Elf on the Shelf, and more.

  • Wrote clean, efficient lua or luau code for projects on the Roblox platform.
  • Set up advanced project features & components either from scratch or through the use of libraries when applicable.
  • Worked with other developers to ensure that projects were completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Helped to create and implement best practices for code standards, version control, and other areas of development.

Notable Achievements

  • I was one of the first people at the studio to take initiative on creating & making use of Shared Tooling, as I thought that it was inefficient to write major components from scratch for every new project.
  • I participated in but also ensured that my voice was heard in project meetings and internal technical discussions.
  • I was mostly responsible for porting an existing project on the Roblox platform to the Core engine for a project themed after the Croix-Noire comic book.
  • Due to my proficiency in multiple programming languages, I was tasked with helping on other projects including Unity, Unreal Engine, and web development.

Notable Achievements

  • I was mostly involved in the development and programming of the graphical VR title, but also had my hands in project management, overseeing the creation of client products, and being part of a production crew!
  • Made use of Photon's PUN & Realtime services to create a solid multiplayer experience.
  • Created tooling in Unity, and otherwise, to improve developer workflows.
  • I mentored others in the company and helped them understand new technologies, and how they could best integrate them into the game.

  • Reworked the Player Buff Systems to make use of their own sub-classes in a dynamic, trickle-down fashion.
  • Worked on lots of bug fixes including fixes to the Player Movement, Collision & Raycasting, Scene Management (Levels), Audio Fixes, etc.
  • Embraced lots of collaboration between gameplay and other departments, such as networking, art, audio, level design, and VFX.
